From building a new financial backend to creating an innovative app that millions of people will use, our tech team can do it all. The Rev‑celerator Graduate Programme is designed for recent graduates eager to shape the future of finance and bring innovative ideas to life. The programme starts with a bootcamp, followed by on‑the‑job training that gives you ownership of tough challenges and tasks. We want communicators who can chat with product owners, designers, and customers, and who thrive on varied projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product designers to design and prototype new features
- Play a key role in user experience design, from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release
- Work with designers and businesses to define and implement elegant solutions to interesting problems
- Help define and maintain visual guidelines and ensure consistency throughout the app
- Prototype new user interactions based on peer feedback
- Gain exposure to the Android SDK
- Aide in the development of a global financial super app and participate in building a diverse and inclusive workforce through the D&I framework
Qualifications
- Portfolio of multiple coding side projects or open‑source contributions
- Graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Achieved or predicted a grade ratio of 2:1 or above
- Studies in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
- Proactive attitude
- Love for problem solving
- Fluency in English
- Quick learner with an ambitious and results‑driven personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment
