About the Rev-Celerator Graduate Programme
Are you a recent graduate eager to shape the future of finance? Ready to make a meaningful impact and bring innovative ideas to life? The Rev-Celerator Graduate Software Engineer programme is designed just for you. Kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start developing your skills. After successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on‑the‑job training where you’ll face complex challenges, problem‑solving tasks, and ownership.
We’re looking for Software Engineers who are interested in every step, stage, and release of a feature. We want communicators who can talk to Product Owners, Designers, and customers for feature feedback. This programme lets you spread your wings across many places, not just a narrow focus.
Join us from anywhere: the Rev-Celerator Graduate Programme is now open to international candidates from around the world, willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. We’ll support you every step of the way—from visa assistance (if needed) to travel costs and the first month of accommodation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating closely with product designers focused on new feature design and prototyping.
- Playing a key role in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release.
- Working closely with designers and businesses to define and implement elegant solutions to interesting problems.
- Helping define and maintain visual guidelines, and ensuring consistency throughout the app.
- Prototyping new user interactions based on feedback from peers.
- Gaining exposure to the Android SDK.
- Building a portfolio of multiple coding side projects or open source contributions.
Qualifications
- Graduated from university in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Predicted or achieved a 2:1 grade (or above).
- University studies in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field.
- Proactive attitude and love for problem‑solving.
- Fluency in English.
- Quick learner with an ambitious, results‑driven personality.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
