  • Providing oversight on compliance obligations for finance and treasury operations across the business
  • Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
  • Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
  • Reviewing 1Lo D compliance approvals for finance and treasury products, and providing appropriate feedback
  • Ensuring a robust, company-wide training and competency programme
  • Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies
  • Reviewing and challenging 1Lo D review of incidents to ensure effective remediation
  • Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending solutions to promote compliance
  • What you'll need
  • 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
  • Expertise in finance and treasury regulatory obligations (safeguarding, CASS, depositor protection, global booking models, FRTB, etc.)
  • A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
  • Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
  • Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
  • A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
