About the role Marketing at Revolut is all about clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. Our Business Growth team turns bold ideas into campaigns that connect with millions. We work across channels and teams to build a Revolut Business brand that earns attention and drives results, shaping how people see, understand, and engage with our business products. We’re looking for a Business Growth/Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth efforts in the UK and Ireland for Revolut Business. You’ll oversee local campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that drive growth and audience acquisition for Revolut Business. You’ll also partner with regional leadership and global marketing to make sure every move we make resonates and performs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning your market fully, end to end.
- Defining and executing full funnel UK marketing plans including growth channels and experiments, virtual and in-person field events, demand generation campaigns, executive engagements, and third party tradeshows and conferences.
- Identifying user needs by deeply understanding Revolut Business customers and how our product works globally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams.
- Leading all local marketing activations, ranging from case study creation to customer speaking engagements to community meet ups.
- Partnering with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to refine our targeting and segmentation, brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging to identify, scope, and produce or localise compelling content, marketing assets and programs that drive demand from SMBs and Enterprises in the UK and Ireland.
- Tracking, measuring, and communicating program results and day-to-day market performance to senior leadership, continually optimising for efficiency and scale, and seeking to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy.
- Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact.
What you’ll need:
- A proven track record as a successful Growth marketing manager, with at least 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
- A startup, performance marketing mindset to turn influencer, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and owned channels into an engine of growth.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in the UK, covering ATL, BTL, demand generation, and partnerships, preferably with experience in financial services/Fintech, tech or SaaS sectors.
- Understanding and/or experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology.
- Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation, including deep knowledge of growth drivers.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, budget/ROI, and time constraints.
- A strong interest in Revolut Business’ mission and Fintech in general.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product development.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you are a charismatic, people-person that has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment.
- Preferred, but not a blocker: Understanding of the payments, financial technology, and/or ecommerce industries and partner ecosystems.
