We are looking for a proactive and energetic Kitchen Supervisor who has a proven track record in maintaining standards, and training and motivating teams to join our Cuban familia! You will be instrumental in leading your team and delivering fun and memorable experiences to our guests, and driving sales and standards from your kitchen. Working with your Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll provide recognition to your team when they're doing well, and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the management, sales, kitchen, and front of house teams, and help them understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.
