Are you a developer with strong backend skills looking to step into a more client-facing, consultative role? We’re working with a growing Microsoft partner who are looking to bring in a Business Central Developer to support their expanding project pipeline.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to work across technical development and client interaction, gaining exposure to real-world projects and business challenges. You’ll be:

  • Developing and supporting Business Central solutions (backend focus)
  • Working closely with consultants and clients to understand requirements
  • Translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Supporting implementations and system improvements

As part of your role, you’ll be enrolled in a structured 12-week Business Central Developer programme, where you will:

  • Gain hands-on training in Dynamics 365 Business Central development
  • Work alongside experienced consultants and developers
  • Achieve the Microsoft MB-840 (Business Central Developer) certification
  • Receive full support and funding for the certification (no cost to you)

Requirements:

  • Graduate or 2–3 years’ experience in development
  • Strong backend/coding background (any language)
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and working in a consultative environment
