An established digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing UK-based engineering team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions and play a key part in designing products that reshape how businesses operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, APIs, and platform integrations.
- Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and architects to turn business needs into efficient technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and guide junior developers.
- Contribute to DevOps efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery cycles.
- Stay current with Salesforce trends and bring forward system improvement ideas.
Key Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP).
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SLDS.
