Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional client site visits

Salary: £85,000 – £100,000

An established digital consultancy is seeking aSenior Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing UK-based engineering team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions and play a key part in designing products that reshape how businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, APIs, and platform integrations.

– Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and architects to turn business needs into efficient technical solutions.

– Lead code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and guide junior developers.

– Contribute to DevOps efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery cycles.

– Stay current with Salesforce trends and bring forward system improvement ideas.

Key Experience & Skills:

– 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP).

– Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SLDS.

– Proven experience delivering scalable solutions in consultancy or client-facing roles.

– Familiarity with Salesforce configuration — workflows, validation rules, and security models.

– Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and DevOps pipelines.

– Solid grasp of Agile methodologies.

– Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience.
