Senior Project Manager – Hospitality/Retail
London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
A leading UK brand is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives as part of a fast-moving transformation programme.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Tech, Marketing, Finance and more, you’ll help shape and drive business-critical change (Tech and Non-Tech) that improves guest/customer experience, operations and supports long-term growth.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional transformation in hospitality or retail
- Confident in managing projects end-to-end and keeping initiatives and workstreams on track
- Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with teams at all levels (Exec Down)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working hands-on in a fast-paced, waterfall, environment
- Experience in customer, operations, or service design is a plus
- Experience in Tech and Non-Tech initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact transformation team, where you’ll bring structure, momentum, and delivery expertise to some of the business’s most important work.
Please note, you will need Hospitality or Retail experience, and ideally cross functional business transformation experience.
Please also note this is not purely a Tech / IT PM, its Business driven transformation, and fast paced waterfall in a lean environment (not Agile/Product/Scrum).
