Senior Project Manager – Hospitality/RetailLondon (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
A leading UK brand is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives as part of a fast-moving transformation programme.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Tech, Marketing, Finance and more, you\’ll help shape and drive business-critical change (Tech and Non-Tech) that improves guest/customer experience, operations and supports long-term growth.
About You:
Proven experience delivering cross-functional transformation in hospitality or retail
Confident in managing projects end-to-end and keeping initiatives and workstreams on track
Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with teams at all levels (Exec Down)
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working hands-on in a fast-paced, waterfall , environment
Experience in customer, operations, or service design is a plus
Experience in Tech and Non-Tech initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact transformation team, where you\’ll bring structure, momentum, and delivery expertise to some of the business\’s most important work.
Please note , you will need Hospitality or Retail experience, and ideally cross functional business transformation experience.
Please also note this is not purely a Tech / IT PM, its Business driven transformation, and fast paced waterfall in a lean environment (not Agile/Product/Scrum).
