A leading UK brand is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives as part of a fast-moving transformation programme. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Tech, Marketing, Finance and more, you’ll help shape and drive business-critical change (Tech and Non-Tech) that improves guest/customer experience, operations and supports long-term growth.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional transformation in hospitality or retail
- Confident in managing projects end-to-end and keeping initiatives and workstreams on track
- Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with teams at all levels (Exec Down)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working hands-on in a fast-paced, waterfall environment
- Experience in customer, operations, or service design is a plus
- Experience in Tech and Non-Tech initiatives
