In this pivotal role, you will lead a small, high-performing team of Business Analysts and play a hands-on role in solving complex business challenges and propositions - always keeping customers and front-line teams front and centre. Working across operations, strategy, digital, technology, and commercial, you’ll identify pain points, shape practical solutions, and help drive a multi-year growth programme.
We are looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, is deeply embedded in the operational rhythm, and has a track record of influencing strategic change through insight-led decision-making. You will be comfortable working closely with executives, facilitating conversations and shaping Business strategy.

- You will have Retail &/or Hospitality sector experience (or similar customer focused businesses).
- You will have managed other Business Analysts in a 'Head Of' / 'BA Manager' / 'Principal' level role previously.
- You will have worked on Transformation(s).
- You will have worked with Exec/C-Suite/Leadership team on driving business/operational.
