We’re looking for a strategic, operational, hands-on, tech-savvy leader to manage Retail Support and Operations (Technology) across 300+ stores - covering helpdesk, platforms, store systems, and hardware. You’ll ensure retail tech runs smoothly, support store teams and systems, and play a key role in shaping the future of retail technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead support for all retail systems, hardware, and platforms
- Own incident and problem management, and lead high-impact escalations
- Manage and mentor a high-performing support team and platform team
- Collaborate with vendors and internal technology and business teams
- Drive system reliability, service improvements, and innovation
- Support new tech rollouts and drive change readiness
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in Retail IT or store support
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, mobile devices, and retail/store tech stacks
- Ideally exposure to AWS, device management tools (Intune/SOTI), and vendor management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills
