Job Description Operations, Administration, Compliance, Office Manager Purpose of the role An all-round multifaceted role to coordinate the sales back-office function, manage contracts and compliance, and improve company processes, policies, and procedures – all to ensure the business runs effectively and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a whole host of varied activities: from dealing with setting up new contractors and vetting all their compliance, to ensuring the monthly contractor payroll is processed accurately, dealing with office suppliers, organising events, setting up HR policies and a whole array of other office tasks! The role would suit someone looking for part-time work. The ideal scenario is 4.5 hours per day, 5 days per week but we are flexible and open to suggestions of course. We work a hybrid model, being in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home. Ideally you will have experience in a busy recruitment support function already.
