We’re working with a large, complex services organisation looking for a modern, hands‑on Digital Solution Architect to help shape and design end‑to‑end digital solutions in operational, customer‑ and citizen‑facing environments. This is not a traditional infrastructure or bid‑only architect role. We’re interested in architects who can design real, deliverable digital operating models across applications, data, integration, automation and AI - and who are comfortable working closely with growth/bid, delivery and operational teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in consulting, BPO or managed services environments
- Ability to join multiple systems into one coherent solution
- Comfortable shaping solutions early, influencing stakeholders, and challenging legacy thinking
- Hands‑on, practical mindset — not just governance or assurance
- Service operations or customer/citizen platforms
- Case management/Contact Centre, workflow, CRM, integration‑led solutions
- Logistics, transport, asset‑intensive or regulated service environments
- Greenfield builds, major migrations or digital modernisation
What matters less:
- Being a career “bid architect” (The key requirement is the ability to structure, explain, and stand behind credible solutions that can actually be delivered)
- Infrastructure‑heavy backgrounds (need more modern Cloud, Data, AI, API/Microservices, Digital solutions)
- Narrow product specialism
If you enjoy solving messy, real‑world problems and designing digital solutions that actually have to run at scale, we’d like to talk.
