Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a customer-facing
Technical Delivery Manager/Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple client projects.
This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative consultancy environment where you'll work closely with clients, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver complex data-led initiatives.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Technical Delivery Lead who combines strong stakeholder management and delivery expertise with a solid understanding of data technologies.
The Role
As Technical Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of project delivery across a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business outcomes.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving accountability, managing risks and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role rather than a traditional PMO or reporting-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted delivery partner.
- Work closely with engineers, architects and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Challenge delivery plans, assumptions and technical risks where required.
- Drive accountability across delivery teams and proactively remove blockers.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working.
- Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience delivering technology, data or cloud-related projects.
- Previous experience working in a consultancy, professional services or client-facing delivery environment .
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working directly with customers.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
