Are you an experienced IT Procurement professional with a sharp eye for value and a strategic mindset? We are looking for a contract IT Procurement Specialist to join our team and help us source, negotiate, and manage best-in-class IT services, hardware, and software for a multi-site, global organisation.

You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with the IT Director, wider IT teams, and Supply Chain.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Analyse and understand the IT procurement needs of the business
  • Research and identify the right vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement outcomes
  • Maintain supplier relationships
  • Track and manage procurement records, contracts, and invoices
  • Collaborate with IT teams on current and future tech needs
  • Stay up to date with IT market trends and innovations
  • Review existing contracts and lead renewal or re-tendering plans
  • Contribute to global procurement strategy development
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience in IT procurement (hardware, software, and services)
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract skills
  • Good understanding of multi-site/global IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with project-based procurement and implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • CIPS qualification preferred (but not essential)
