Head of Business Analysis – Transformation – Retail / Hospitality Sector

Hybrid (3 days in London office)

Salary £90,000 to £100,000 depending on experience (+ excellent Bonus and Bens)

In this pivotal role, you\’ll lead a small, high-performing team of Business Analysts and play a hands-on role in solving complex business challenges and propositions – always keeping customers and front-line teams front and centre. Working across operations, strategy, digital, technology, and commercial, you’ll identify pain points, shape practical solutions, and help drive a multi-year growth programme.

We\’re looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, is deeply embedded in the operational rhythm, and has a track record of influencing strategic change through insight-led decision-making.

You will be comfortable working closely with exec\’s, facilitating conversations and shaping Business strategy.

Preferences:

• You will have Retail &/or Hospitality sector experience (or similar customer focussed businesses).
• You will have managed other Business Analysts in a \’Head Of\’ / \’BA Manager\’ / \’Principal\’ level role previously.
• You will have worked on Transformation(s).
• You will have worked with Exec/C-Suite/Leadership team on driving business/operational.
