The Role

We’re seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to design, deliver, and support Salesforce solutions for our client. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into scalable, effective implementations. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce to solve real‑world business problems in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design functional Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry‑specific Clouds.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and documentation.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Configure Salesforce (flows, validation rules, page layouts) and support technical delivery teams.

What We’re Looking For

Must‑haves:

• ✅ 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce consulting experience.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• ✅ Excellent client‑facing and business analysis skills.
• ✅ Ability to lead workshops and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• ✅ Experience with declarative configuration and platform automation.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant).
• Prior consultancy experience.
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or high-tech.
