We’re partnering with a high-growth technology business looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across the Financial Services sector. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with leading financial institutions, exchanges, market data providers, and buy-side firms. The business is looking for a genuinely entrepreneurial salesperson, someone who is commercially hungry, proactive, and comfortable building their own pipeline from the ground up. This will suit an individual who thrives in a smaller, agile software environment rather than a large corporate sales machine with heavy inbound lead flow or established account bases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Winning and growing enterprise accounts within financial services
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Building senior stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams
- Driving outbound activity including networking, cold outreach, and social selling
- Collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams on solution-led sales engagements
- Supporting RFIs/RFPs and identifying upsell opportunities within existing clients
We’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B software sales
- Strong track record selling into financial services
- Experience managing complex enterprise deals and building pipelines
- Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills
- Ideally, exposure to middleware, real-time data, streaming, or event-driven technologies
