Requirements & Analysis
- Design, develop, and optimise SQL queries to extract, analyse, and validate insurance data across multiple source systems.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with business users and product owners to elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and walkthroughs, translating business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Produce and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, process flows/BPMN diagrams, and use case documentation.
- Ensure structured documentation and version control through Confluence.
