Head of Business Analysis – Transformation - Retail / Hospitality Sector

Hybrid (3 days in London office)

Salary £90,000 to £100,000 depending on experience (+ excellent Bonus and Bens)

Are you a strategic Business Analysis leader ready to shape change in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join a well-known, multi-site brand at the heart of a major transformation journey.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a small, high-performing team of Business Analysts and play a hands-on role in solving complex business challenges and propositions - always keeping customers and front-line teams front and centre. Working across operations, strategy, digital, technology, and commercial, you will identify pain points, shape practical solutions, and help drive a multi-year growth programme.

We are looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, is deeply embedded in the operational rhythm, and has a track record of influencing strategic change through insight-led decision-making.

You will be comfortable working closely with executives, facilitating conversations and shaping Business strategy.

If you are passionate about transformation, experienced in leading BA functions, and ready to make a real impact—this could be your next big move.

  • You will have Retail and/or Hospitality sector experience (or similar customer-focused businesses).
  • You will have managed other Business Analysts in a 'Head Of' / 'BA Manager' / 'Principal' level role previously.
  • You will have worked on Transformations.
  • You will have worked with Exec/C-Suite/Leadership team on driving business/operational.
