Your Impact- Enable high-performing, autonomous SAR engineering teams
- Facilitate efficient, outcome-driven Scrum ceremonies
- Partner with Product Owners to maximise backlog value in complex R&D environments
- Remove cross-functional impediments (hardware, software, integration)
- Drive agile maturity, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to their Agile Community of Practice
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in deep-tech or hardware + software environments
- Strong agile expertise within R&D and systems engineering contexts
- Experience managing complex dependencies and regulated environments
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus
- Agile tooling experience (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
