We’re seeking a strategic and commercially minded AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives across the UK and EMEA. This senior role blends business development, consulting, and solution leadership - helping clients harness data, AI, and digital technologies to achieve measurable growth.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in digital consulting, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to define go-to-market strategies and close complex transformation deals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the digital and AI consulting agenda across the UK and EMEA, ideally with experience in retail/eCommerce, consumer goods, gaming, media, or energy.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for digital transformation services.
- Own the full opportunity lifecycle - from identification and shaping through to solution design and deal closure.
- Represent a full suite of AI- and data-driven transformation solutions.
- Drive pipeline growth, opportunity velocity, and revenue expansion across target markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping digital transformation strategies and ensuring delivery of scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Lead maturity assessments, roadmap definition, and transformation blueprinting.
- Oversee P&L for digital transformation engagements, including financial performance, pricing, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including solution architects, delivery leads, and technical specialists - to design and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Support clients through organisational change, ensuring effective adoption of new technologies and processes.
