We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand-new restaurant. We are searching for a talented and passionate Sri Lankan Chef to bring authentic flavours and culinary excellence to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes with high quality and consistency
  • Develop and design a diverse menu that highlights Sri Lankan cuisine
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective operations
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sri Lankan Chef or in a similar role
