We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand-new restaurant. We are searching for a talented and passionate Sri Lankan Chef to bring authentic flavours and culinary excellence to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes with high quality and consistency
- Develop and design a diverse menu that highlights Sri Lankan cuisine
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sri Lankan Chef or in a similar role
