The Opportunity (Casual):

Revo Fitness is on an exciting growth journey, regularly opening new clubs to make affordable fitness accessible to more Australians. We pride ourselves on simplifying the gym experience with affordable membership offerings, excellent member experiences and high-quality fitouts that our members have come to know and love.

As a Member Experience Lead, we seek passionate individuals who value the importance of the role we play in providing a simple, welcoming, high-quality, and consistent experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Member Experience: Together with our Club Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they receive personalised support aligned with Revo Fitness\’s vision and values. Your proactive approach will create a welcoming atmosphere where members feel motivated and encouraged on their fitness journeys.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture: Cultivate positive relationships with teammates, embodying Revo Fitness\’s values and behaviours. Your role will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment where every member feels valued and motivated.
  • Club Presentation: Maintain Revo Fitness\’s high standards for cleanliness, organisation, and equipment functionality. Your attention to detail will ensure that members enjoy a safe and hygienic environment that enhances their overall experience.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold health and safety standards to protect both team members and members, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols. Your commitment to safety will contribute to a secure and inclusive environment for all members at Revo Fitness.
  • Reporting and Administration: Ensuring smooth operation of our systems by managing member details, checklists, and maintaining strict confidentiality of this information.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Alignment with Revo\’s Brand, Values, and Behaviours is essential.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to exceed member expectations.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification required prior to starting.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly regarded, but not required.
