This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our London office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Overview: Join Elizabeth Arden, one of the world's most iconic prestige beauty brands, with over a century of innovation in skincare, fragrance and beauty. As Senior National Account Manager, Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across some of our most strategic retail partnerships, including Amazon and leading ecommerce customers. This is a high-impact commercial role with responsibility for sales, profit, market share and supporting the development of the digital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned digital customers, delivering retail sales, net sales, profit and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans, strategic account plans and growth initiatives aligned to customer and business priorities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations across trading terms, promotional plans and investment priorities.
  • Build strong customer relationships, lead business reviews and identify opportunities to drive growth.
  • Drive performance across key trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Retail Media and Brand teams to optimise digital shelf performance, visibility and conversion.
  • Lead digital launch execution across key retail partners, ensuring strong availability and activation.
  • Support the development of direct reports through coaching, clear objective setting and regular feedback.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to deliver business objectives.

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to coach and develop others.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience managing Amazon and major digital or omnichannel retail customers.
  • Proven success delivering profitable sales growth and Joint Business Plans.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting and budget management.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Experience within Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or Ecommerce preferred.
  • Previous people management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising is highly desirable.
