Job Summary
For an experienced NAM, to join us at an exciting time, managing the Boots business. As well as supporting on smaller wholesaler fragrance side too.
- Deliver sales and gross sales value, trade spend and net sales value in line with plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external clients
- Provide accurate financial forecasting and volume forecasting for account
- Measure progress on RCC (Morrisons, ASDA and Waitrose) Mitchum, Revlon Colourants, Cutex and Crème of Nature and customer key deliverables through development of a JBP
- Implement Trade terms and conditions as well as promotional plans
- Be accountable for a range of commercial negotiations e.g. JBPs, space/location in store, new launches
- Accurate account stockholding analysis (in warehouse and in store) and management
- Provide relevant account performance information to wider Revlon Business Teams and make valid recommendations to implement solutions and continually improve performance.
- P & L responsibility and ownership
- Invoice and Credit management
- Liaise with Customer Managers and internal Marketing department colleagues to produce accurate and timely plans for promotional activity for designated accounts, with these implemented to agreed standards
- Encourage and facilitate contact between wider Revlon Business Team and relevant counterpart within the account
Preferred Skills:
- Experience of managing High St account like Boots or Superdrug essential
- Results-driven with the ability to establish and leverage credible business relationships.

- A solid understanding of the in-store environment, promotional and POS landscape.
- Highly numerate – strong analytically, solid understanding of P&Ls and a high level of computer literacy, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
