We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter – delivering personalized service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times
  • Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare
  • Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally
  • Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations
  • Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high‑performing environment
