The role: We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager or National Account Executive who thrives working with the UK grocers and discounters. You will represent our exciting mass brands and build successful commercial relationships. You will enjoy representing a broad portfolio of personal care products including Mitchum deodorant, Crème of Nature hair, Revlon cosmetics.

You will manage P&L ownership, alongside building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure impactful plans land with success. What we are looking for:

  • Proven 3 years’ experience in grocery and discounter store commercial relationships with P&L and planning ownership.
  • Must have resilience in being able to manage pricing and trading in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • You have strong commercial acumen, with P&L experience, performance analysis, and target tracking.
  • Experience of executing the commercial strategy to drive rapid, profitable growth.
  • Able to account manage multiple key accounts and have the resilience to make quick decisions on multiple products across various accounts.
