We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter - delivering personalised service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance. This role requires full-time presence at Boots, Oxford Street, Sedley Place, with hours of 22.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times.
- Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare.
- Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally.
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations.
- Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high-performing environment.
- Passionate about skincare and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
