This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Boots Donegall Place, Belfast. Hours: 15 hours over 2 or 3 days.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times.
- Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare.
- Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally.
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations.
- Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high‑performing environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer‑facing role.

- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
