This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Boots Donegall Place, Belfast.

15 hours over 2 or 3 days

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times
- Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare
- Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations
- Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high‑performing environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer‑facing role
- Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
