This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Boots, Eastbourne. Hours: 15 hours per week.

Overview: Elizabeth Arden represents a prestige, skincare-led approach to beauty, combining innovation, expertise and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter - delivering personalised service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times
  • Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare
  • Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally
  • Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations
  • Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high-performing environment
