As part of the development of professional products in the Indirect channels and the Key Accounts, you will be responsible for implementing trade marketing elements (retail & digital) in collaboration with the Operational Marketing Department and the Sales Manager. You build customized plan for wholesalers and KA allocating your budget in line with company priorities and strategy. You improve the brand presence on our customers e-com site helping to reference, to implement promotion and to drive traffic to their social media and website. You will be a bridge between the field and the operational marketing, recommending communication plans, local adaptations, and any corrective actions. Please note this is a 12 month FTC MAIN DUTIES Implement Trade/E-Trade Marketing projects with customers Work closely with Area Managers, Distributors and Brands teams to define and run customer activation plans to drive Sell out and maximize Brands Market Share. Implement and follow strong trade marketing plans with key distributors and retailers across all channels, in line with brand and business objectives for key categories and product ranges, including supporting key NPD launches and 360° campaigns. Translate Product Detail Pages for e-tailers and complete Salsify database. Monitor performances and recommend action plans. Manage local POSM development for trade projects and execution (vendors and codes creation, purchase order, invoice follow-up). Respond to customers’ requests and needs (product data base, pictures and packshots…) Participate in the area events and support in the organization: brand/products launch, seminars, congresses etc. Be the bridge between the field and the operational marketing team Gather internal feedbacks (sales and education), as well as local market and customers input to recommend adaptations if needed. Ensure Competitive intelligence. Help prepare sales forecasts per channel. Contribute to Business Review. Promotions setup and document upload in SAP. Manage the salon tools and other in salon-service items. Manage Budget Responsibly manage and monitor the budget spend for in-trade investments (actuals vs. plan) on retailers, distributors, and Key Accounts. Build profitable activities’ P&L. Monitor activations’ performances. Drive Brand Awareness Organise brand events in line with Company strategy. Translate press relations materials (press kits, press releases, pitches, etc.) and send to the Trade Press journalists. Design and implement off-line communication plan (media buying), follow up with journalists, and organize interviews if necessary. Produce campaign reports. EXPERIENCE Degree in Marketing 5+ years related experience preferably within the perfumery or beauty companies.
