The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Pro UK & Ireland, you’ll take full ownership of the retail strategy for Revlon Professional and American Crew. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll:

  • Lead key relationships with major retailers (Boots, Tesco & beyond)
  • Unlock new growth opportunities across UKI
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure we win in an evolving retail landscape

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Deliver ambitious sales & EBITDA targets through account expansion, new business wins, and strategic execution.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Own Joint Business Planning (JBP), negotiating trade terms, shelf space, and visibility to maximise brand impact.
  • Commercial Ownership: Manage the full P&L with accurate forecasting, strong financial discipline, and data-led decision-making.
  • Consumer Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing to design impactful consumer activations, in-store experiences, and brand campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with EMEA and Global teams to ensure consistency, share insights, and drive best practice.
  • Market Intelligence: Be the expert on the UKI retail landscape—translating insights into winning strategies.

About You

  • You’re a commercial hunter with a proven ability to deliver and win.
  • Significant experience at NAM/SNAM level in Professional Hair, FMCG, or Beauty.
  • Strong track record working with major UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug).
  • Deep understanding of P&L management and data-driven decision making.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial analysis.
  • Confident negotiator who can close deals AND build partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence internally and externally.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree-educated with a strong knowledge of the UKI retail landscape.
  • Expertise in forecasting, demand planning, and sales strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

Why Join Us?

  • Own the retail strategy for iconic global brands.
  • Be part of a dynamic, collaborative and ambitious team.
