JOB SUMMARY

  • Leads the Ecommerce Business Development team to deliver sales & drive profitability at a total Pure player account level across Revlon Professional brands
  • Lead commercial & financial planning in partnership with the UKI GM Pro & EMEA Ecommerce stakeholders
  • Jointly with the Business Development team ensure strategic management of Pure Player P&L’s to maximise profitability whilst growing ecommerce footprint.
  • Management & maintenance of Amazon account & relationship

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish Revlon Inc. as a best in class supplier which etailers will see as first choice to work with online
  • Manage all brands across Revlon Professional & American Crew within Amazon from UK perspective, aligning with our Amazon EMEA team on strategic priorities.
  • Manage and develop the external relationships with customers to drive growth and outperformance in the online channel
  • Negotiate and align joint business plans with e-retailers to create strong relationships including regular reviews of joint KPIs. Build an e-commerce charter and negotiate specific trade agreements to include service level agreements, the sharing of consumer data and sell-out data.
  • Understand and action levers of profitability to drive margin improvements across the P&L and make tactical commercial decisions.
  • Work closely with the Brand Management teams and our retailers to improve the performance of our categories online. Gain category captaincy by leveraging promotions, loyalty, assortment, page content and consumer care
  • Collaborate with the Brand Management team to design and deliver the category vision and action plan. Understand the multichannel landscape and path to purchase to drive role of digital within the mix to ultimately drive sales growth
  • Be an expert of e-commerce best practices both internally and externally. Coach and transfer expertise to Account Managers internally to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail plans
  • Develop close working relationships with the web teams at our retailers to ensure that our products are shown in the best possible way online and are easier to purchase.Negotiate best in class search results on our products
  • Develop and share qualitative content with our online partners and propose value added services to reach a sufficient display of services including videos and consumer reviews
  • Provide feedback and revised proposals on how we can improve our bases sales within e-retailers
  • Design and implement an efficient method of product tracking and sales. This includes building and maintaining an accurate forecast, anticipating budget drifts and communicating plans in an actionable timeframe
  • Track and monitor our e-commerce performance through KPIs
  • Work with our partners to improve the logistic needs including product availability and specific deliveries

PREFERRED & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3yrs + plus experience within ecommerce, direct responsibility of Pure Player and E-tailer commercial account management.
  • Experience of driving JBP with Amazon specifically, managing AVS and strategic commercial planning.
  • Solid ecommerce P&L management and financial budget forecasting experience across Pure Players/E-tailers
  • Good team builder and happy to engage in cross functional work (this is essential given our cross functional style and business processes)
  • Solid numeracy and financial skills to make sound decisions on trade support budget management and maximization of revenues
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good ability to grasp quickly the dynamics of the market and develop a deep understanding of the competitor’s market, customers and retail trends
  • You are a confident presenter and are able to communicate complex online topics with both internal teams and external retail partners
  • You have an entrepreneurial and results driven mind-set with an affinity for numbers, analysis and reports along with an existing understanding of media metrics, sales KPIs and promotional analysis
