At Revlon Professional, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Pro-Retail channel across the UK & Ireland — driving performance, expanding partnerships, and shaping the future of our retail presence.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Pro UK & Ireland, you’ll take full ownership of the retail strategy for Revlon Professional and American Crew. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll:
- Lead key relationships with major retailers (Boots, Tesco & beyond)
- Unlock new growth opportunities across UKI
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure we win in an evolving retail landscape
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Deliver ambitious sales & EBITDA targets through account expansion, new business wins, and strategic execution.
- Strategic Partnerships: Own Joint Business Planning (JBP), negotiating trade terms, shelf space, and visibility to maximise brand impact.
- Commercial Ownership: Manage the full P&L with accurate forecasting, strong financial discipline, and data-led decision-making.
- Consumer Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing to design impactful consumer activations, in-store experiences, and brand campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with EMEA and Global teams to ensure consistency, share insights, and drive best practice.
- Market Intelligence: Be the expert on the UKI retail landscape—translating insights into winning strategies.
About You
- You’re a commercial hunter with a proven ability to deliver and win.
- Significant experience at NAM/SNAM level in Professional Hair, FMCG, or Beauty.
- Strong track record working with major UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug).
- Deep understanding of P&L management and data-driven decision making.
- Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial analysis.
- Confident negotiator who can close deals AND build partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence internally and externally.
Skills & Experience
- Degree-educated with a strong knowledge of the UKI retail landscape.
- Expertise in forecasting, demand planning, and sales strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
