We are looking for a Senior Digital Manager – E‑commerce & Amazon to play a critical role in driving our online growth across key marketplace partners, with a strong focus on Amazon. This is a high‑impact, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital performance, and marketplace execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the e‑commerce and Amazon strategy, driving revenue, margin and share growth
  • Own the day‑to‑day management of Revlon’s Amazon accounts (Vendor and/or Seller Central)
  • Deliver best‑in‑class Amazon trading, including assortment, pricing, promotions, content, SEO and advertising
  • Optimise the end‑to‑end digital customer journey across DTC and marketplace environments
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Global teams
  • Use data and insight to inform trading decisions, CRO initiatives and future roadmap priorities
  • Lead and develop internal team members and external agency partners

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a senior e‑commerce or digital trading role
  • Strong, hands‑on experience managing Amazon accounts and performance
  • Commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving online revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of Amazon tools, metrics and levers
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in beauty, FMCG or premium consumer brands is a plus, but not essential.
