Revlon is seeking a Remote Salon Account Manager based in the UK. This fully remote role allows work from anywhere within the Midland Central area with occasional travel to Revlon's head office in London.

Overview

The Salon Account Manager will drive sales growth, brand presence, and market penetration for Revlon Professional Hair in a defined territory. This strategic role focuses on opening new salon accounts, introducing Revlon Professional’s portfolio, and building long‑term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales driver who understands the professional haircare industry, establishes relationships, and delivers exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development (Primary Focus)
    • Prospect, identify, and convert new salon leads into active Revlon Professional accounts.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through field visits, social media outreach, local networking, and industry events.
    • Conduct product presentations, demos, and business consultations to onboard new salons.
    • Develop tailored commercial proposals to maximize first‑order and long‑term revenue potential.
  • Account Management & Growth
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing salon customers, ensuring Revlon Professional becomes their preferred brand partner.
    • Deliver education‑led value to clients by coordinating training sessions with technical educators.
    • Work closely with salons to implement promotional campaigns, merchandising, and in‑salon retail strategies.
    • Monitor stock levels to optimize ordering patterns and support sell‑through.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with emphasis on new business acquisition.
    • Track and report sales activity, market insights, competitive movements, and forecasts.

Qualifications
