About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who leads with research and discovery. This role sits within our “Design the Right Thing” pod, the team responsible for ensuring we understand what to build and why before anything moves into production. You’ll plan and run discovery work that directly shapes the product roadmap. You’ll also design and lead experiments, building prototypes to test hypotheses with real users. Working within a product trio alongside Product Management and Engineering, you’ll validate major workflows with customers before development begins.

Revizto is a B2B collaboration platform for the AEC industry. Our users include architects, BIM managers, VDC directors, and construction teams. This role is focused on complex B2B product design rather than generic consumer product design. You’ll need to be comfortable going deep into complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and building real domain understanding over time.

Where You Will Make a Difference

  • Plan and run research initiatives
  • Conduct usability testing throughout the product lifecycle
  • Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights for product teams
  • Design and lead experiments by building prototypes, defining hypotheses, testing with users, and interpreting the results
  • Create and maintain personas and journey maps
  • Work within product trios to ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in evidence
  • Use AI to accelerate research, including synthesis, qualitative coding, and evidence gathering
  • Share findings across teams to help the wider organisation build a stronger understanding of us

Who You Are

  • 7+ years as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX Researcher on digital products
  • Strong qualitative research skills. You've planned, recruited for, and run your own studies
  • Hands-on usability testing experience with real users
  • You can synthesise research into insights that people actually act on
  • You can prototype at low to mid fidelity to run experiments and test hypotheses with users
  • Experience working with product managers and engineers in a collaborative model
  • Experience using AI tools in research workflows
  • Strong journey mapping experience, including both As-Is and To-Be journeys
  • You communicate findings clearly to different audiences
  • T-shaped profile: deep expertise in research and discovery, with enough UI and prototyping skill to take work through to production when the team needs it
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
  • Located and authorised to work in Germany, UK, Armenia, or France

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, enterprise, or technical/professional tools
  • AEC or BIM domain experience
  • Quantitative research skills or experience with analytics
  • Workshop facilitation experience

Why Join Us

  • Recognised as one of Switzerland’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte in 2024 and 2025
  • Bi-annual company-wide trips, including Armenia in 2023 and Switzerland in 2025, with more to come
  • Fully remote work from Germany, the UK, Armenia, or France
  • A flexible, employee-focused culture
  • An innovative and collaborative team environment
  • Great working conditions designed to support your best work
