We are growing and looking for a reliable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join us. This is a hands-on, outdoor role covering domestic and commercial sites. Based in Brighton but we work all across Sussex. If you like physical work, variety, and learning proper skills, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pressure washing (patios, driveways, car parks)
- Window cleaning (water-fed pole)
- Gutter and roof cleaning
- Soft washing (render & cladding)
You must be comfortable working at height (ladders, flat roofs, cherry pickers). If heights aren’t for you, this role won’t be suitable. You must be comfortable working in beautiful British weather - rain or hail.
What we offer:
- Monday-Friday / working hours 7:30am-4:00pm
- Overtime available
- £27,000-£32,000 depending on experience
- Pay increases as skills and responsibility grow. Career progression is available.
