Revive Recruitment are supporting a highly reputable, specialist recruitment agency with their recruitment of the following position: POSITION: Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid) LOCATION: Chester, Cheshire/2 x days working from home SALARY: Up to £50,000 pa basic depending on experience, with an excellent OTE Offering an amazing commission structure, our Client is looking for a highly successful Recruiter that will hit the ground running within their busy business. You will be excellent at head hunting and placing the best talent within their specialist market. Duties: •Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to candidate placement •Head hunting and keeping a constant candidate flow within your field •Marketing candidates to relevant businesses, engaging with decision makers and building long term relationships. •Working with a diverse range of clients from SME’s to global organisations. •Continuously developing existing and new business opportunities. •Working with a targeted and fast paced environment. •Ensuring you are providing a high level of customer service and after sales service to all clients andcandidates. Skills and experiences required: •Proven recruitment experience. •Business to business selling skills with the ability to hold confident conversation with decision makersat an executive level. •Resilient, target orientated and the ability to work within a fast paced environment. •The ability to identify a business opportunity, develop and close. •A confident telephone manner with an engaging personality. •You can work independently as well as part of a team. •A professional who enjoys going the extra mile. In return, our Client is offering a basic salary up to £50,000 per annum, free parking, excellent training and support, a duvet day, your birthday as a holiday, pension scheme, private health care, quarterly nights out and incentives and to top it all off a fabulous commission structure!
