Not every nursery feels like a family. This one genuinely does. We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Montessori nursery in the HA6 area that has been serving local families for over 20 years. Known for its warm atmosphere, strong community reputation and high standards of care, this nursery has built something special. Many families return with younger siblings and the setting is trusted by parents as a recognised feeder nursery to several local independent schools.

This is a family-run nursery where relationships genuinely matter. You’ll join a close-knit team of 14 staff who support one another, celebrate success together and share a commitment to giving children the very best start in life.

The nursery offers:

  • Montessori‑inspired learning and child‑led practice
  • Small, supportive team environment
  • Strong relationships with children and families
  • Excellent reputation within the local community
  • Opportunities to mentor and support junior practitioners
  • A leadership team that values your ideas and contribution

This role is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Practitioner looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the room, leading high‑quality practice and helping develop less experienced team members. You’ll be trusted to:

  • Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
  • Deliver engaging Montessori‑inspired experiences
  • Build positive relationships with parents and families
  • Support and mentor junior practitioners
  • Champion safeguarding and high‑quality early years practice
  • Help maintain the warm and welcoming culture the nursery is known for

What We’re Looking For:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Has previous nursery experience
  • Enjoys supporting and developing others
  • Has strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
  • Values child‑led learning and nurturing relationships
  • Brings warmth, professionalism and positivity to their work

Montessori experience would be welcomed but is not essential.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension scheme
  • Uniform provided
  • Paid day off for your birthday
  • Two fully funded staff social events each year
  • Christmas and Easter gifts
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Supportive leadership team and genuine career progression opportunities

This is an opportunity to join a nursery that has spent more than two decades building a reputation for quality, care and community. If you’re looking for a role where your contribution genuinely matters and where you can build a long‑term career, we’d love to hear from you.
