What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children in a mixed-age, free-flow learning environment
  • Planning meaningful experiences inspired by children’s interests
  • Modelling independence and encouraging a love of learning
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment that reflects the setting’s ethos

  • Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
