About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in the Slough area (SL2). This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for young children.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn and grow through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
About You
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within an early years or nursery setting
- Passionate about childcare and early years development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
