We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly early years team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality care and education within an EYFS setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
