As Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the preschool, helping to maintain outstanding standards of care, education and safeguarding. You will work closely with the leadership team to support staff development, ensure compliance with EYFS requirements and build positive relationships with children and families.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within an Early Years leadership role and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and nursery operations.
