Bank work gives you the freedom to accept shifts that suit your availability while experiencing different nursery environments. The role
- Provide additional support during staff absences and busy periods.
- Help nurseries maintain the required staffing ratios.
- Support children’s learning, development and well-being.
- Assist with activities, mealtimes, personal care and daily routines.
- Adapt confidently to different rooms, age groups and nursery environments.
- Follow each setting’s safeguarding, health and safety procedures.
What you will need
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- A dependable, adaptable and professional approach.
- The ability to travel to settings across Croydon or Bromley.
- The right to work in the UK.
