Bank work gives you the freedom to accept shifts that suit your availability while experiencing different nursery environments. Whether you are looking for regular work, occasional shifts or additional hours alongside other commitments, we would love to hear from you.
The role
- Provide additional support during staff absences and busy periods.
- Help nurseries maintain the required staffing ratios.
- Support children’s learning, development and well-being.
- Assist with activities, mealtimes, personal care and daily routines.
- Adapt confidently to different rooms, age groups and nursery environments.
- Follow each setting’s safeguarding, health and safety procedures.
What you will need
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- A dependable, adaptable and professional approach.
- The ability to travel to settings across Croydon or Bromley.
- The right to work in the UK.
