The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance are maintained throughout the setting. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the staff team, managing occupancy, building strong parent partnerships and ensuring the nursery continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for children. This role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Nursery Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should have previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting and be confident leading teams, driving standards and maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
Essential Requirements Include:
- Relevant Early Years qualification
- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) qualification
- Current Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and nursery operations
