Ready to Lead, Inspire and Make a Difference Every Day? Revive EYFS Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing early years provider with two exciting Room Leader opportunities available across their Birmingham settings in B8 and B19. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader or an ambitious Level 3 Practitioner ready to take the next step into leadership. If you love helping children thrive, enjoy mentoring others and want to work for an organisation that genuinely believes every child deserves the very best start in life, we'd love to hear from you.

A Nursery Where Your Leadership Matters

This isn't a role where you're simply responsible for ratios and routines. You'll have the opportunity to inspire your team, create exciting learning experiences and build a room where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn every single day. Working closely with supportive leaders and experienced colleagues, you'll be encouraged to bring your own ideas, celebrate children's achievements and help shape the future of your room.

The Role

As Room Leader, you'll take ownership of your room while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging, play-based experiences. You'll lead by example, mentor colleagues and create an environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop confidence and build the foundations for lifelong learning. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front while remaining hands-on with the children every day.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about Early Years and enjoys bringing out the very best in both children and colleagues. You'll hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience leading a room or supporting others within a nursery environment. You'll be confident, organised and committed to maintaining high standards of care, learning and safeguarding while creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

What's On Offer

  • £13.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience
  • Full-time permanent contract
  • Flexible shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
  • Supportive leadership team
  • Opportunities for career progression
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • On-site and nearby parking available
  • Friendly, welcoming team culture
  • Opportunities available at both B8 and B19 locations

Why Join This Nursery?

You'll become part of an organisation that believes children learn best when they're happy, confident and inspired. The team is passionate about creating engaging learning environments where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is celebrated and every child is supported to achieve their full potential. Just as importantly, they believe in supporting their staff to grow, recognising that exceptional childcare starts with exceptional people.

If you're ready to move into a leadership role—or you're already a Room Leader looking for a nursery where you'll be supported, appreciated and given opportunities to progress—we'd love to hear from you. Apply today through Revive EYFS Recruitment for immediate consideration.
